We have only used it once, but the ice cream turned out great. I was very afraid that it would make a watery, inedible ice cream or be too loud, but neither happened. We are satisfied with it.

When the machine's settings are adjusted correctly, it's good. It prepares the mass quickly and the productivity for the pieces is really good for a small summer café. Cleaning is surprisingly easy and quick to carry out. The machine itself is really loud! The pipes and seals need to be replaced very often, at least once every 2-3 months of use, and the machine belt has also had to be replaced during that time. The instructions lacked a mention of tightening the machine belt, which should be done at least once a month.

Update. I’ve used this machine a dozen times for events. It is extremely solid. My only complaint is that I haven’t figured out why my ice cream is icy and not fluffy. I will probably end up buying another one for rentals. If you comparing this to a Taylor it’s $1,500 vs $20,000 plus.. I can buy a lot of these machines for rentals before I buy 1 single one from Taylor’s. We have a wedding venue I bought this for. I was worried about the other reviews I’ve only used it once so far and was extremely happy with the quality I got out of it so far. I’ll keep you updated if anything goes wrong but so far it seams like it is built really solid. Just wish there were better instructions for the machine.

It is easy to use, and it makes fantastic ice cream cones. The only downside is that the machine is quite noisy, so it is difficult to have it in the same room where you have your guests.

A part ?a il est tr_ facile de communiquer avec le vendeur qui r_ond syst_atiquement on a m_e pu avoir une vid_ de nettoyage de l'appareil le manuel d'utilisation n'est pas asser explicatif et en anglais mais pour l'instant rien a signaler si jamais je rencontre un probl_e je n'h_iterai pas le communiquer.
