Works very well, I usually use it for 50 minutes and set the heat to number 5. If you want to prevent the heat from escaping through the main opening, you can use a towel around your neck and keep your hands hidden inside. After use, I clean it with a damp cloth and leave it open to dry on the floor for a moment, then fold it up and put it in the cupboard. I am very satisfied with the sauna mat and the price was also very good compared to the prices I have seen in advertisements.

Heat quickly and sweat comes. Fairly easy to use. The fabric feels good. The zipper is a bit difficult to use.

Great infrared heating blanket. Quality seems high and so does the weight. It has 6 temperature levels, but level 4 is sufficient to me. Wonderful relaxing effect. Made from a kind of synthetic leather material that smells like toxic chemicals. Needs a lot of airing to gas off. Effect is 650 watt. Transport bag is medium quality. Nothing special
