I am very satisfied with this device, and I recommend it if you are looking for a solution to practice your shots in perfect autonomy.
Starting advice: Once the balls are loaded, press the power button on the device, connect to the app, and immediately press ON to display OFF (STOP position).
If you leave it on ON, the device may get stuck by storing balls haphazardly, which forces you to remove them all manually, sometimes with difficulty and at the risk of injury.
Select your game mode, and as soon as you are ready, press OFF to display ON and start the device: Enjoy!
Final word: I ask support to tell me how we can ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the device to remove debris and deposits that could eventually clog it: Thank you!

Bedienung per App klappt gut, Ballschnelligkeit, Top Spin und back Spin Einstellung, Frequenz. Idealer Begleiter für eigene Trainings. Für den Preis passt die Leistung. Einzige Schwäche: die Bälle kommen nicht immer gleich platziert (ca. 20cm Variation vor und zurück vom eigentlichen Punkt) plus man muss gerade bei Tempowechsel das backspin Topspin Verhältnis neu einstellen, da die machine manche Bälle ins Netz haut. Ein bisschen die Maschine kennenlernen und schon klappt es. Unterm Strich: rundum zufrieden.
