I have unboxed it and tried stick welding and MIG welding with the included flux wire.
It works great and is a great upgrade to my old transformer welding machine that was sanctioning my lack of skills at every step.
There is plenty of power and both functions tested by me are working great.
The wires are a bit short maybe, but besides this, I am very satisfied.
Hoping it will last long and not malfunction

I use it mostly with gasless wire. Easy to use. welds thin sheets and heavy structures without any problems.

This welding machine comes with everything you need to get started. However, the included wire brush and welding mask are not very effective, so it's a good idea to purchase better ones. It has a knurled wire feed roller for 0.8mm and 1.0mm flux core welding wire. The machine is set up with a 0.8mm contact tip, and it also includes extra tip in 0.8mm and 1.0mm size. The included 0.8mm flux core wire worked well in my use.
When using the lowest power setting, wire feeding is inconsistent, but increasing the power by 5 amps usually solves this issue. Welder automatically switches to a higher wire feed speed when it doesn't detect any welding, making it easier to feed in new wire.
The manual is poorly written and mentions settings that this particular welder doesn't have, e.g. what the MIG/MAG setting actually does. The MIG/MAG selection seems to be for choosing wire diameter/power; MIG is for 1.0mm wire @ 50-130A, and MAG is for 0.8mm wire @ 30-130A.
Other annoyances are that the cables from the welding torch plug get in the way of other connectors when plugged in. Rotating the end of the plug by 180 degrees would solve this. Also, the ground cable is quite short at just 0.5 meters.
Overall, for the price it is a good welder, and after figuring out the settings, it worked without trouble for the three days I used it for. I only used flux core wire, but I don't see why it wouldn't work as well with solid wire + gas.

Very fast delivery, good price. I tried welding with the included flux cored welding wire, and I am satisfied. I have not tried the other functions yet, I need to get wire and gas.

The feed is chaotic and does not respond to the speed controller. The electrodes do not ignite immediately, the starting current is low. Through sensations.
