OK, so I wouldn't exactly say they're for tradesmen. For the homeowner, they will do just fine. Probably last longer than you lol. I wouldn't use them on cement or any masonry job (unless you're going to toss them when done). A very useful tool set. Smooth edges, clear vials (caution here, only ONE bubble vial in the center on each size) and useful handles. The 10\" is pretty useless to me anyway. Not sure what they were thinking? Anyway, having only one bubble vial isn't ideal, especially on long runs. However, for the price, they don't suck !
