Surprisingly good quality for the price, does not come with backing plate, so one has to be made or purchased with suitable thread for your lathe headstock.Excellent value

The chuck is very good, and surprisingly accurate for being self centering. I'm very happy with this chuck. I've used it quite a lot now and there is only one drawback to it that I cannot blame it for. When doing a lot of boring operations on the lathe, chips natrually collect inside the chuck, and makes the jaws difficult to move, however it is not an issue because its super easy to take the jaws out and clean the chuck carefully with compressed air. Definitely recommend this product, and looking forward for its 200mm version! (Please get it in stock!) :)

Cheap, of course not the same as the €500 chuck, but for the price it's really good and works perfectly for home use. I immediately ordered the same again with three jaws. Fast delivery even to Finland.
