Got results already from juniper needles and orange peels. Juniper oil did not smell great but maybe the needles had to be dried beforehand (I used them raw, right from the trees). It makes sense to distill several fills of the same material one after the other to not waste the output that accumulates in the condensation tube and the collector. All glassware seems robust so far and everything works nicely.

I bought this product to be able to enjoy natural products created in my own laboratory. The shipment was made on time, and the protection of the glass components was perfect. I tested the distillation plant and I am satisfied. In addition, I benefited from sustained assistance through the company's consultant. I recommend the product considering the quality/price ratio, which is a stimulating one. I also appreciate the seriousness of this company, taking into account my personal experience.

It works fine, but an adjustable stand under the cooktop would have been nice... I don't know what all those red plastic straps are for, so instead of that stand...

Very good quality, specifically of glassware. A lot of useful tools are included so you are fully ready to start the distillation. Heating plate 1000 W is just the right power so when you have it on full power it will make nice steam and boil at 105 °C, maybe sometimes even more if the pressure will get high. It only takes some time to start boiling but once it boils it is working great.

Idk what to say. I'm very disappointed. The glassware is full of bubbles, scratches and even 2 internal cracks. I doubt it's borosilicate glass. I don't know what others received, but what I got is no high quality as advertised. As they refused my request for return I will try to use it, hoping all will go well. Also delivery was late so I anyway missed neroli, but this happened probably because of Greek courier ACS which is the worst here.

Terrible service provided. The order is marked as delivered by the carrier when it was not delivered to anyone at the company. I sent several messages through the available channels on the website, but the response is always the same: 'order delivered, check with your neighbors.' I do not recommend buying, they provide no support. The company that supposedly handles the logistics is also terrible, they completely disclaimed responsibility (GLS, the company that did the transport).
